We've been eating street food, local spots and neighbourhood cafes almost every day since moving to Vietnam in 2023, and it really is some of the freshest food we've ever had. The only times we've actually gotten sick here were from Western fast food chains, never from the local stuff.
We put together Google Maps pins of all our trusted street food, local restaurants and unique cafes across six cities, plus a vegetarian/vegan only version for three cities. Those are the exact spots we personally keep going back to.
