We've lived in Vietnam since 2023, and the reel is the lesser-known stuff we actually go back to: Cộng Cà Phê up in that apartment with the vintage military decor, the easier shops along Lưu Văn Lang just outside Ben Thanh, the Secret Weapon Cellar from the 1968 Tet Offensive, and warm chè at Chè Mè Đen or tofu pudding at Táo Tào.
